Lockhouse Studios is your go-to hub for creatives, and we’re bringing the community together for an exciting opportunity to upgrade, swap, and unload excess gear. Whether you’re a photographer or video professional, this is your chance to refresh your kit while connecting with others in the industry.

Here’s How It Works:

 ⏰ When: Saturday, May 3 10 am – 4 PM

 📍 Where: Lockhouse Studios — The Place to Elevate Your Creative Productions

 ✅ Reserve a space for a 6 foot table for just $10—bring your own table and set up shop. Fill it with as much gear as you want.

 ✅ Swap gear, network, and discover new tools of the trade. You never know what might pop up! Or who you might meet.

 ✅ Pre-price your gear, you won’t time to do it on the day of the sale.

But that’s not all—we’re also a host location for First Saturday organized and promoted by Downtown Frederick Partnership. We are a “Build a Bouquet” stop on their map for the event. That means extra foot traffic, so bring your business cards and make new connections. We’ll be providing light snacks for the day, but we encourage you to bring your own lunch and beverage.

Don’t have enough gear for a full table? You are welcome to bring a backpack with small and handheld items you want to swap or sell.
