Studio Pricing

Deposit

50% of the rental contract is required to reserve the studio space. The balance is due in full no less than 24 hours before the first day of the reservation. Payments are accepted in the form of a check, ACH or Credit Card (processing fee applies to credit card payment). Failure to pay on time will result in the release of any booked rental space.

Cancellation

Cancellation seven or more days prior to shoot shall incur no charges. Cancellation of less than seven days and more than 72 hours prior to the shoot will result in forfeiture of the deposit. In the event of cancellation within 72 hours prior to the shoot, Renter will be responsible for paying 100% of the base studio rental cost. If Lockhouse Studios must cancel a confirmed booking, Renter will receive a full refund.

Rescheduling

Postponement of the shoot seven or more days prior will incur no charges provided the shoot is rescheduled within sixty days. Postponement of a shoot less than seven days prior will incur a 25% charge of estimated cost, provided the shoot is rescheduled within sixty days. All charges will be applied against deposit and additional monies will be required to restore the deposit amount of 50%. If postponed shoot rental is not rescheduled within sixty days, deposit will be forfeited.
