Overview – Brand Storytelling Campaign
Woodsboro Bank’s 125 year anniversary campaign was a celebration of legacy – being the last remaining community bank in Frederick County. This title is not something they take lightly. Their commitment to the community, through the values they stand on, is what they want to be known for. To publicly declare their continued investment to the community, they needed a compelling, values-driven brand story to share.
Lockhouse Studios crafted the strategy to elevate each of their core values through separate videos. A highlight video for each value gave them more usable content for social media and campaign marketing. Each video provided a touch point to the larger brand story of commitment to the community. Lockhouse doesn’t just check the box of deliverables, they fully invest in the mission of the content to create a product lineup that brings the most value and impact.
The Vision
A comprehensive video series that commemorates the past, celebrates the present, and shares the vision of the future Woodsboro Bank is what the team sought to create. It was important to acknowledge the story and foundation of this company and how dedicated they are to their community, clients and colleagues.
The video assets needed to be highly professional for the banking industry while still being personable to relay their authentic relationship with the community. Ultimately, they needed a captivating brand story campaign that genuinely connected with their clients.
The Final Product – AKA How We Made It Happen
The Woodsboro Team wanted the heart behind the company to really shine, so instead of actors, bank employees and leaders were filmed for the interview segments. To balance busy schedules and bank locations, Lockhouse filmed the interviews all in one day and the b-roll in another. We have the talent and equipment to make even challenging schedules work efficiently because we believe in creating the best visual media possible that aligns with the purpose of the project.
With a tight filming schedule and lengthy shot list, we got strategic in how to get the most value out of the time, talent and visual assets. We created social media style videos with interview clips that utilized the same b-roll from the campaign title video to eliminate additional filming days. This allowed Woodsboro Bank to walk away with a full suite of marketing content to share their brand story and values they work so hard to embody.
Each video delivered on what matters most- authentic connection. The crisp clean backdrop kept the focus on each speaker, while warm audio and lighting brought you into their story. B-roll clips tied it all together to enhance the connection with the viewer resulting in trust to the brand.
